Christine Nguyen is pursuing a degree in Business Administration and plans to graduate in Spring 2029. Through Ennovar, she currently supports operations both internally and for Textron, assisting with new hire training and helping develop and improve onboarding processes. Her work focuses on making the onboarding experience more efficient and ensuring new employees have the information and resources they need to get started. Her time with Ennovar has also helped Christine narrow down what she wants from her future career. “Ennovar has really helped me figure out what I enjoy doing and what I want in a future career.”
By taking on new responsibilities and exploring different areas of work, she has built skills in communication, problem-solving, organization, and technology while gaining a better understanding of where her interests lie.
Business Administration appealed to Christine because of the range of opportunities it can lead to. She wanted a career where she could continue learning, work with different people, and have room to grow. For now, her focus is completing her degree, gaining professional experience, and pursuing certifications in areas like technology, data, and business operations.
The people and environment at Ennovar have been an important part of that experience.
My favorite parts about Ennovar are definitely the people, the opportunities, and the flexibility.” She especially appreciates being able to gain experience while maintaining a schedule that allows her to prioritize school. Outside of work and school, Christine enjoys spending time with her friends, whether they’re going out and trying something new or simply hanging out together. As she puts it, “For me, spending time with the people I’m close to is a hobby in itself.”
