Overview
Kaytie is an Academic Advisor in the Fairmount College of Liberal Arts & Sciences Advising Center. She meets will all LAS majors and specializes in helping undecided and exploratory students.
Kaytie is a certified Academic Life Coach. Academic Life Coaching uses the challenge of grades to help students work on Emotional Intelligence and other skills and increase self-awareness.
Kaytie co-created and co-instructs LASI 150-D - Major/Career Pathways, a course that helps student choose or confirm direction for college majors and careers.
Kaytie is a certified True Colors Facilitator. True Colors distills complex temperament theory into practical tools and actionable goals. Using the colors Orange, Gold, Green, and Blue to differentiate the four primary personality types and illuminate how these types best interact with each other and the world.
