Sophomore: As a Sophomore, Egan was on the developmental team and he averaged a 203 for 7 games. At the five Seasons Classic Egan averaged a 217 for 4 games bringing him into the Top 50.
Junior: Egan was preselected for his junior year bringing success to the men’s team this season. He was able to secure his first collegiate All Tournament Team placement at the Leatherneck Classic where he placed 5th while averaging 216 for 6 games. He also had a Top 10 placement this season at SWIBC IV, he placed 6th with a 208 average for 7 games. Egan was also able to place in the Top 25 once this season at the Kegel ISBPA Midwest Collegiate Classic where he finished in 20th averaging 216 for 5 games. His season average was 199 for 30 games.
Super Senior: Egan was preselected for his senior year adding value to the team at tournaments. He has one Top 10 and Top 20 placement from the season. He had placed 8th at the 12th Annual Lions Classic while carrying a 209 average for 6 games. His Top 25 placement was at the Mid States Championship where he held a 194 average for 5 games and ended up placing 18th. Egan’s season average is a 195 for 14 games.
Before WSU: Before Egan became a Wichita State bowler he had made the Top 18 at the 2014 and 2016 Teen Masters, placed in the Top 64 at Junior Gold in 2017, 3rd place at the BEST Tournament in 2017, and NYSCHAA State Individual placements in the Top 5 in 2014-16.
Personal: Son of Heather and Jeff Egan, Connor was born on March 18, 1998. He has three siblings; Ryan (24), Brady (18), and Shannon (16). He is majoring in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Chemistry. Connor has bowled twenty 300 games along with his highest series being 867, he has a total of six 800 sets.
