Brynn Thompson received both a Master of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Aging Studies from Wichita State University.

Frances Ervin Frances Ervin has earned a Bachelor of Science in Social work from Wichita State University and a Master degree in Clinical Family Therapy from Friends University. She is currently completing her doctoral dissertation on Contemplative Education in the WSU College of Education/ Educational Leadership Program. |
Frances has over fifteen years of higher education and TRIO experience; also ten years experience in community mobilization. She is responsible for the administration of all aspects of the EOC program. Frances serves as the budget officer, supervisor of staff and volunteer personnel, and community relations. She served for three years on the National EOC Executive Board of Directors. Currently, Frances serves as a liaison between the program and Wichita State University as well as serving on select community advisory committees.

Larry Williams Larry Williams has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Wichita State University. |
Larry has extensive background in management wherein he focused on providing excellent customer service. He is also experienced in assisting university students understand the tools they need to succeed in the classroom. Larry currently serves as the Operations Manager for the EOC and is located at the WSU Hughes Metropolitan Complex. He is the EOC liaison for veterans and military-connected persons.

Brynn has an educational background that spans issues related to adults and academic challenges facing them. As an adjunct instructor with Butler County Community College, Brynn has direct experience guiding adult students needing academic support and information. Brynn currently serves as the Program Coordinator responsible for monitoring postsecondary recruitment. She also serves as the EOC liaison for select community agencies.

Chaitanya has experience with various databases, creating information materials and meeting scheduling using technology platforms. Currently, he serves as a Program Assistant for the EOC Program, located at the WSU Hughes Metropolitan Complex. Chaitanya assists with data collection, data entry, and assists program clients in the EOC Academic Success Lab.
