Bio
Kailene Vea-Spencer serves as an Associate Justice for the judicial branch of the Student Government Association. Justice Vea-Spencer chose the judicial branch because the Student Government Association created an environment for her at WSU where every student matters. Even when there may have been moments when she didn't feel heard, there was always a branch that made her believe her voice had value in spaces she wasn't present. She's always admired the willingness of students to serve their peers in whatever ways they can. Justice Vea- Spencer is grateful to have experienced a community who genuinely advocates for the wellbeing and academic success of its students. She joined the Judicial Branch in the hope of serving her fellow students in a similar way.
Goal
Justice Vea-Spencer's primary goal for this session is to improve the Court's visibility to students and encourage them to utilize the Judicial Branch as a resource when they have questions or concerns.
