The ACCESS Lab has a mission of exploring the design, evaluation, and use of computing and information technologies (in the form of Assistive and Accessibility Technologies) to benefit people challenged by health disparities, including disabilities. Assistive and Accessibility Technologies can remove barriers to independent living, health care access and cost, in turn reducing health disparities and improving health delivery and outcomes.
