ISU Futsal Rules
- A maximum 6 players per team.
- Five players on the court at any given time.
- A maximum of 1 substitute will be allowed on the bench.
- Unlimited substitutions during the match. The goalkeeper cannot be substituted during the match unless injured. Substitutions are not allowed while the ball is in play.
- The final number of the teams registered will determine whether the tournament will be played in round robin or eliminator format. This will be conveyed to the captains along with the draw and timings of the games during
- During penalty, the goalkeeper cannot be switched.
- The referee’s decision is FINAL.
- Wear only non-marking shoes. (No spikes allowed on the field).
- Stop watch will be with referee.
- Scoreboards will be next to scorer.
- Jersey numbers will be given to all players. You cannot have your own number.
- All team captains must attend orientation. Captains should provide the final list of players at orientation.
- Players should come in SIMILAR color shirts per team. PLAIN shirts are preferable. Shirt colors must be confirmed before the tournament during orientation.
- There will be YELLOW and RED cards used and issued.
- The captains will be added to a WhatsApp or GroupMe or Instagram group so that they can inform the organizers of the shirt-colors of their respective teams.
- The schedule and draw will be done by all the team captains on orientation day (22 Feb).
- There will be 1 referee per game.
