Token of Appreciation
Service Recognition honorees will receieve Shocker Store credit that they may redeem as their Token of Appreciation for their years of service.
What do I get?
Service Recognition honorees are given store credit to use on selected Shocker Store items.
- Honorees celebrating 5-20 milestone Years of Service will receive Store Credit.
- Honorees celebrating 25-50+ milestone Years of Service (including Bender of Twigs) will receive Store Credit.
- Honorees celebrating their recent Retirement from the University will receive Store Credit.

How do I redeem my store credit?
The Shocker Store will have record of 2023 Service Recognition Honoree names and store credit amounts.
Honorees may use their Service Recognition store credit and order their token of appreciation using one of the options below:
ORDER OPTION 1: IN-STORE
- You may purchase your token of appreciation at the any Shocker Store.
- Please note that you will need your Shocker ID/myWSU # to redeem your store credit.
ORDER OPTION 2: ONLINE
- You may order your token of appreciation online by going to ShockerStore.com.
- Select 'SCHOLARSHIP' as the form of payment. The dollar amount will be deducted from your total. You will be required to enter a credit card number, even if your total does not go over your awarded amount. As long as you do not exceed your credit amount, no charges will be made to your credit card account.
