In accordance with 20 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 655, Notice is hereby given that an H-1B worker pursuant to 8 CFR Part 214 is being sought by this company; that one (1) such worker is presently being sought; that the occupation classification in which the worker is being sought is Assistant Professor in Business Analytics / Business Teachers, Postsecondary; that the salary offered is $144,935 per year; that the period of employment being sought is June 5, 2026 to June 4, 2029; that the H-1B worker will be employed at Wichita State University, 1845 Fairmount Street, Wichita, KS 67260 and that the labor condition application being filed with the United States Department of Labor is available for public inspection at Wichita State University, 1845 Fairmount Street, Wichita, KS 67260.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
