EXPORT CONTROL STATUS VERIFICATION

Unexpired or Expired United States passport or passport card
Original or certified copy of a birth certificate issued by a state, county, municipal authority, or outlying possession of the United States, bearing an official seal. Hospital birth certificates are not valid for this purpose.
Certificate of United States citizenship (USCIS Form N-560 or N-561)
Certificate of naturalization (USCIS Form N-550 or N-570)
Certificate of birth abroad issued by the U.S Department of State (Form FS-545 or DS-1350) or Report of Birth Abroad (FS-240)
U.S. Citizenship status confirmed in JPAS
Current United States Permanent Resident Card (“Green Card”) issued by USCIS
Unexpired temporary resident card (USCIS Form I-688)
Unexpired re-entry permit (USCIS Form I-327)
Unexpired refugee travel document (USCIS Form I-571)
Alien registration receipt card with photograph (USCIS Form I-551 or I-151)
Foreign Passport or Machine-Readable Immigration Visa (MRIV) with an unexpired I-551 stamp or notation
