Labor Condition Application (LCA) Notices
In accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor’s LCA process, the following notice(s) of LCA filings are presented here in compliance with 20 CFR 655.734. Each LCA is available for inspection at Wichita State University, 1845 Fairmount St, Wichita KS 67260. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Condition Application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor. Notices will be posted for a minimum of ten (10) consecutive business days.
