No. Incentive program participants must earn 40 points each plan year to qualify for the premium discount in the following plan year. At the start of the plan year (January 1), accumulated points are reset to 0.
Yes. If a member has elected a health insurance plan that offers both the Premium Discount and HRA/HSA Dollars incentive programs, points can count toward both.
No additional incentives are offered after a member reached 50 HealthQuest points within one plan year. However, participants have unlimited access to the programs, workshops, and wellness activities offered through the HealthQuest program.
Yes. Employees who have waived coverage who are enrolled in the medical portion of the SEHP may participate in HealthQuest programs but do not need to earn credits toward the premium incentive.
No. The HealthQuest Rewards Program is optional and employees are not required to participate to be covered under the health plan. There is no additional cost to employee’s premiums for not participating but they will be paying the base rate (undiscounted rate) for their insurance coverage.
