HR Total Rewards will present changes for the 2027 plan year via both in-person and live virtual presentations in MS Teams, and will be available for Q&A following the presentation. Registration is not required for the virtual or in-person presentations by HR Total Rewards.

Open Enrollment - SEHP Benefits and Optional Group Life Insurance

Open Enrollment for Optional Group Life insurance (OGLI) runs concurrent with SEHP open Enrollment. Enrollment in OGLI, and coverage increases, are both processed by a paper enrollment form. The enrollment form and rates are available here. The enrollment form must be received in the HR Office by October 30th for processing. New coverage enrollments and changes will be effective January 1, 2027.

If you have questions, please plan to attend an in-person presentation, live virtual presentation, or access the on-demand presentation and resource options. The HR Total Rewards team will not be available to schedule individual appointments or one-on-one consultations. Please plan to attend one of the presentations. You will be able to ask questions at the end of the presentation and can reach the team at TotalRewards@wichita.edu. If the presentation does not provide the information or answers you are looking for please email TotalRewards@wichita.edu as this is the quickest way to get the answer you need.
