HR Total Rewards will present changes for the 2025 plan year via both in-person and live virtual presentations in MS Teams, and will be available for Q&A following the presentation. Pre-registration is not required for the virtual or in-person presentations by HR Total Rewards.

The HR Total Rewards team will not be available to schedule individual appointments or one-on-one consultations. Please plan to attend one of the presentations. You will be able to ask questions at the end of the presentation and can reach the team at TotalRewards@wichita.edu.
Presentations by SEHP
SEHP is also offering webinars that you may attend. These are open to all State of Kansas employees and are about health insurance only. Since they are presented by SEHP and not WSU, they will not be able to accept any paperwork from WSU employees that needs to go to HR and will not be covering life insurance open enrollment for KBOR employees.
