The Compensation team is responsible for the administration of compensation programs for all non-faculty staff at Wichita State University. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a uniform system of classifications as well as the job description library.
- Identifying appropriate category for new positions.
- Developing and maintaining a competitive salary structure for staff positions.
- Responding to inquiries and advising on applicable pay policies, laws, and regulations that impact compensation.
