Topic 1: BE Perspective - Higher Education

This workshop will engage students in considering furthering their studies and how to prepare and plan ahead with engaging discussion and academic planning. Participants are encouraged to explore education beyond studies and into a profession.

October

Topic 2: Intersectionality & Identity Development

This workshop encourages participants to explore their multifaceted identities and address the role self-love plays in their professional identity.

November

Topic 3: Enhancing Leadership

This workshop will spark participants to explore their leadership and professional development and provide participants with essential tools and wisdom needed to become active and engaged leaders in our communities.

Topic 4: Empowering Black Identity in the Workplace

This workshop will assist students in navigating through difficult conversations surrounding their identities in the workplace, considering diverse mindsets and creative ability through their work, and to encourage the acceptance of being authentically who they are in their careers.
