SPECIAL USE FACILITIES
Special use facilities include Charles Koch Arena, Cessna and Eck Stadia, Heskett Center, Duerksen and McKnight Fine Arts Centers, Wiedemann Hall, Wilner Auditorium, Ulrich Museum, National Institute of Aviation Research, Rhatigan Student Center, residence halls and parking lots. Special use academic facilities will be scheduled by the Registrar as a first priority; and, as a second priority, the authorized delegated person will schedule these facilities for cultural, recreational, and organizational activities provided for members of the University community and their families by members of the faculty, student body and staff.
The general public may be invited to attend programs scheduled, sponsored and controlled by student, faculty members or staff provided such programs are primarily for the benefit of the University community.
Responsibility for the reservations of the following University facilities is delegated as follows:
- Charles Koch Arena and Cessna & Eck Stadia to the Director of Athletics, 316-978-3250.
- Heskett Center to the Director of the Heskett Center, 316-978-3082.
- Duerksen and McKnight Fine Arts Centers, Wilner Auditorium, and Wiedemann Hall to the Dean of Fine Arts, 316-978-3233.
- Ulrich Museum to the Vice President for Academic Resource Development, 316-978-3664.
- National Institute for Aviation Research to the Director of the National Institute for Aviation Research, 316-978-3678.
- Rhatigan Student Center to the Director of the Rhatigan Student Center, 316-978-3487.
- Residence Halls to the Director of Housing, 316-978-3693.
- Parking lots to the Chief of University Police, 316-978-3450.
- Elliott School of Communications to the Director of the Elliott School, 316-978-3185.
- All other areas to the University Reservations Office, 316-978-3475.
