Who Can Be a Member?
Anyone can be a member! Membership is open to all Wichita State University students, faculty, staff, and members of the community. Membership will not be denied to any person because of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, political affiliation, status as a veteran, genetic information, or disability.
Are Allies Welcome?
Of course! We encourage allies to attend our meetings. We all have experiences in our lives that are valuable when shared with others. Everyone has something to offer, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Our most valuable resource is each other.
Respect and Confidentiality
We ask participants to respect other members' opinions during the meetings. That being said, Spectrum cannot guarantee confidentiality, since anyone can attend a meeting.
