Each year faculty from all 32 institutions are invited to participate in the Kansas Core Outcomes Groups Conference (KCOG) to articulate core outcomes for specified courses recommended for Systemwide Transfer (SWT).

The 2024 KCOG Conference will be held VIRTUALLY on October 11, 2024 hosted by Seward County Community College.

Accessing your course review breakout room:

  1. The course reviews are Zoom based. Please make sure your Zoom Client is up to date by clicking HERE.
  2. Join the Zoom meeting by clicking the "Join KCOG Course Review" link.
  3. Mouse over the bottom of your Zoom screen and click “Breakout Rooms”.
  4. Find the breakout room labeled with the correct course title.
  5. Click “Join”. You may need to hover your mouse over the breakout room name for “Join” to appear.
  • Course reviews pertaining to the same discipline (e.g. ART1040 Introduction to Drawing; ART1050 Two Dimension Design; Art2010 Three Dimension Design; etc.) will occur sequentially within the same breakout room.
    • If you are reviewing courses that fall within the same discipline, you will remain in the same breakout room the entire session.
    • If you are reviewing courses that fall within different disciplines, you may need to navigate to a different breakout room.
  • To leave one room and join another, use the same method as above.
  • To return to the main Zoom room, click “Leave” in the bottom right corner, then click “Leave Breakout Room”.
