Airbus
Airbus is an international reference in the aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, helicopters, military transports, satellites and launch vehicles, as well as providing data services, navigation, secure communications, urban mobility and other solutions for customers on a global scale. The company houses more than 300 employees at its Wichita Engineering Center in a 90,000-square-foot building on the Innovation Campus.

ATF is establishing a regional Crime Gun Intelligence Center of Excellence; its National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) Correlation and Training Center; and the new ATF National Forensic Laboratory in two buildings on Wichita State University’s Innovation Campus. The Crime Gun Intelligence Center of Excellence will be a model for the use of crime gun intelligence (CGI) in supporting law enforcement agencies throughout the United States. WSU is creating a new curriculum for Criminal Justice students specifically focused on preparing them to address violent crime through the development and use of crime gun intelligence and other emerging investigative technologies at the center.

BCG
One of the world's leading management consulting firms, Boston Consulting Group entered into a strategic partnership with Wichita State to increase collaboration and advance the Wichita manufacturing industry. The partnership allows Wichita State to gain access to BCG's expertise and thought leadership on digital operations, and for BCG to benefit from the extensive advanced manufacturing resources at WSU.

Connected Nation
Connected Nation is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that develops and implements strategies to close digital equity gaps and improve digital skills in communities across the US. The company is building, and will own and manage, an Internet Exchange Point adjacent to the WSU Innovation Campus. The partnership will create an Internet ‘hub’ that will improve network performance, lower costs, and improve access to cloud services across south-central Kansas.

Deloitte and Wichita State are constructing the brand-new facility on Wichita State’s Innovation Campus, which will include a full-scale production line, dedicated space for select ecosystem sponsors and experiential labs exploring smart factory capabilities.

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence helps industrial manufacturers develop the disruptive technologies of today and the life-changing products of tomorrow. Hexagon employs full-time staff on the Innovation Campus to facilitate research and development and support their local customer base. The partnership allows Wichita State students to have access to state-of-the-art industrial metrology software and systems, which will help lead to job placement opportunities in manufacturing.

Hyatt Place
The 106-room Hyatt Place hotel opened in 2020 on the Innovation Campus to serve the university community and the growing list of nearby partner corporations. Amenities include six suites, 1,200 square feet of meeting space, bar, buffet, a 24/7 market, indoor heated pool and a fitness center.

Pacmar Technologies, a contractor focused on technology research for U.S. government agencies such as the Department of Defense and NASA, opened an office on the Wichita State University campus in fall 2020. This collaborative partnership between PacMar and WSU grows combined applied research capabilities for the military, provides critical hands-on learning opportunities for students and helps diversify the local economy.
NetApp
Fortune 500 company NetApp is the leader in cloud data services, empowering global organizations to change their world with data. NetApp has had a relationship with Wichita State University for more than 20 years that has been focused on technological innovation, applied learning and regional economic growth. The company is currently relocating NetApp’s entire Wichita operations to a new 168,000-square-foot Wichita headquarters building on the Innovation Campus.
Spirit AeroSystems
A Fortune 500 company, Spirit AeroSystems is one of the world’s largest non-OEM designers and manufacturers of aerostructures for commercial and defense aircraft. The company has established an innovative relationship for Spirit with WSU through the National Institute for Aviation Research and the WSU Campus of Applied Sciences and Technology (WSU Tech). Three areas of strategic focus will include: joint strategic research projects, applied learning opportunities for WSU students and improved workforce training services to meet the growing demands of the aerospace industry.

Textron Inc. is a multi-industry Fortune 500 company that leverages its global network of aircraft, defense, industrial and finance businesses to provide customers with innovative solutions and services. Textron is known around the world for its powerful brands including Cessna, Beechcraft, Hawker and Bell among others. The company has a long-standing relationship with WSU’s National Institute for Aviation Research and collaborates extensively with WSU’s Ennovar Institute for Emerging Technologies and Market Solutions. Around 40 Textron Aviation employees share space on the Innovation Campus with Wichita State students to advance product innovation and help students better understand career opportunities within general aviation.

Wichita/Sedgwick County Law Enforcement Training Center
The $10 million Law Enforcement Training Center at Wichita State University’s Innovation Campus also houses Wichita State's Criminal Justice program, allowing students to interact daily with professionals in the field.
YMCA and Wesley Healthcare
The $18 million, 77,000-square-foot Steve Clark YMCA and Student Wellness Center, opened in January 2020, features state of the art weight-training and fitness machines, a running track and gymnasium plus a Student Wellness Center with a slate of physical and mental health resources for Wichita State students. The facility will also include a Wesley Healthcare Urgent Care Center with 10 exam room and on-site x-ray services.
