July 5, 2022 - Aram Khader is a marketing strategist at ShockStarter, a student-led marketing firm. Working on class projects for clients helped her learn terminology and deadlines that will help her build a resume and career. 

The Woolseys have made an additional gift from their trust of $1.3 million to  Wayne and Kay Woolsey Hall  at Wichita State University. A portion of the gift will be used to create the Kay Woolsey Garden, with the remainder going toward the Woolsey Hall Technology Fund.

Dr. Ross Gruetzemacher, assistant professor of business analytics at the Barton School of Business, was featured in the Harvard Business Review. In the article, Gruetzemacher discusses the potential for natural language processing to transform many traditional roles in organizations during the current decade.

May 3, 2022 — Maria Romero Rodriguez came to Wichita State University from Madrid, Spain to study and compete in the pentathlon and heptathlon for the track and field team. She will graduate in May and compete at Cessna Stadium in the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships with her family in attendance.
