Oct. 16, 2020 — The Center for Educational Technologies to Assist Refugee Learners is working to improve the lives of more than 70 million forcibly displaced refugees worldwide by making education more accessible.
June 1, 2020- Will Parcell, a Wichita State University professor, created a virtual version of geology field camp. The camp will use Minecraft so students can map the terrain. The Terrain will be based on actual locations in Montana and Wyoming.
April 17, 2018 -- Michaela Marioni, a junior majoring in game design, contributed her video editing talents to a background video for Snoop Dogg's current tour. The opportunity was given to her by award-winning designer and WSU alum, Michael Downs.
