April 29, 2020 — In lieu of the traditional art show where graduating graphic design students exhibit their work, this year's seniors will be hosting their show online.

April 10, 2020 - Wichita State computer science major Dexter Gerig placed first in the Individual Event of the National Cyber League competition.The cybersecurity competition, over two days and eight hours, involved a series of 40 challenges with 155 questions.

Jan. 23, 2020 - Wichita State graduate Marcus Wright used his applied learning experiences at the student newspaper and with the athletic department to start his career in digital media. After a season with MLB Advanced Media, he returned to Wichita State and works on photo and video for the athletic department.

Jan. 17, 2020 -- Audrey Korte, a Wichita State graduate student studying representation and the news and recent graduate of Wichita’s Civic Engagement Academy, has been selected to participate in the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders’ Reciprocal Exchange.

Jan. 2, 2020 - At FirePoint, Wichita State University students work with Army officials, private industry and academics. The combination of experience, exposure to those areas and networking puts students in position to consider different career paths.

Dec. 19, 2019 -- Eduardo Castillo won't let anything stop him from being successful. Even though having a speech impediment can make it more difficult to communicate, Eduardo has found a channel that best suits him. By telling his story through video, Eduardo feels like he can finally say what he wants to. Congratulations to Eduardo Castillo for being one of more than 1,100 students who were eligible to graduate this fall.
