March 3, 2020 -- In support of their shared goals, Wichita State University and Wichita Public Schools have expanded a partnership to create a stronger system of support for African American and Hispanic students who want to pursue post-secondary education.

Feb. 5, 2020 -- Thanks to a generous gift from utility company Evergy, students in the College of Engineering at Wichita State University can learn about and conduct research on solar power technology, as well as how to protect an electric grid from short circuiting.
Jan. 31, 2020 -- Wichita State University has selected the 2020 recipients of the Harry Gore Memorial Scholarships. Each student will receive a $64,000 scholarship to attend Wichita State University in August 2020.
