May 5, 2021 - The W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University is adding three online majors to its degree program. International business, marketing and accounting degrees will be fully online degrees taught by the same Barton School professors who teach in-person business classes. Wichita State offers real-time and asynchronous online classes.

This program will provide Barton School students, faculty and the Wichita community with vital perspectives and knowledge from industry leaders. April 12, 2021 – After months of hard work from Wichita State faculty members Carrie Dickison and Maria Sclafani, the Open Alternative Textbook committee approved English 102 for Open/Alternative Textbook (OAT) course designation.
