Sept. 27, 2018 - Zane Storlie, a junior majoring in computer science at Wichita State, has received a $10,000 a year scholarship from High Touch, a Wichita technology company. The scholarship is renewable and honors the memory of Pat Riddle, a WSU alumna and former High Touch employee.
At Wichita State, that means researching and analyzing two areas - the next generation of medium-sized helicopters and the next generation of tactical unmanned aerosystems for the Army.
May 17, 2018 -- Abdul-Mannaan Giles was selected out of 400 national entries to present his study about diagnosing early-stage Alzheimer's to members of Congress on Capitol Hill.
