Sept 4, 2019 - Sarah Coffman graduated from Wichita State in 2010 with an Integrated Marketing Communications degree. After college, she had every intention to work for an ad agency. But life took her on a different journey.

Aug. 19, 2019 - The beginning of a new semester can be scary. For many students, including me, that fear manifests itself as anxiety, the most common mental illness in the U.S. Here is a guide to help navigate the beginning of your college career with anxiety.

Aug. 16, 2019 - Kylie Cameron and Kevin Benavides worked summer internships at KMUW (89.1 FM). They reported and wrote stories for radio and the web on the Sedgwick County Fair, elections, Juneteenth and the anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. While they don’t perform on-air duties, they are expected to fill all of the other reporting tasks.

Gina Brown believes that case studies are the best possible way to make sure that students are incorporating everything they learn into their practice during their first year in physician assistant (PA) school. Through the PA faculty’s combined efforts, Gina hopes that students leave with the skills, knowledge and character necessary to provide patients with care that’s in their best interest.
