Duties Include: Program director—Master of Arts in Teaching, teaching online and blended
courses, advising students. Administrative duties: Program screening, recruiting,
policy and program evaluation for alternative licensure program. Work collaboratively
with constituents in higher education, state and local school districts, national
and state departments of education. Developed and oversaw the development of curriculum
maps for the delivery of all alternative licensure program coursework and Master of
Arts in Teaching through an online hybrid environment.

Duties include: Collaboration and coordination of secondary education curriculum and
instruction program and professional development of teachers. Worked with principals
to implement K-12 district instructional technology program utilizing data analysis
and assessment resources. Worked with district level superintendent on budgeting,
expenditure, and cost analysis of district needs. Developed and implemented policy
at the local, state, and national level for instructional programs. Distance Learning
Coordinator including management of district e-learning program, including Blackboard
implementation, Interschool Distance Learning, and web 2.0 tools. Coordinated Instructional
technology staff 21st Century skill development in staff. Recommended the purchase
of hardware and software for administration, curriculum and assessments for the entire
district. Involved in the recruitment and development of staff. Implemented district
instructional technology plan including budget preparation and decisions for instructional
and operational technology purchasing, and professional development.
