Pursue two degrees at the same time

In the dual / accelerated Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program, students can pursue their bachelor's and master's degrees at the same time. Up to 9 credit hours completed in the accelerated program count towards both the bachelor's and master's simultaneously.

The Barton School of Business will prepare you for graduate work in business analytics through a coordinated program leading to both degrees. Undergraduates in the program are allowed to enroll in courses for graduate credit while completing the requirements for a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

Enrolling in the dual / accelerated program

To enroll in the dual / accelerated program, follow these steps.

  1. Apply to the master’s program of interest by the deadline at wichita.edu/apply.
  2. Complete the Dual / Accelerated Form with your advisor and send it to the graduate program coordinator.
  3. Enroll in up to 9 total credit hours of graduate classes.
  4. Confirm with the Financial Aid Office if there will be any impact to your award package.
  5. Maintain a 3.00 semester and cumulative GPA to remain in good standing as a graduate student.
