- Support rural businesses and agricultural producers in decreasing the demand for energy through energy efficiency improvement.
- Provide guidance for applying to the USDA Rural Energy for America Program (REAP).
- Equip students with practical knowledge and training in energy efficiency practices.
- Increase American energy independence.
