Proposed Council of Faculty Senate Presidents

a. Composition: Past Wichita State University Faulty Senate Presidents
Current Faculty Senate President
Current Faculty Senate President-elect

b. Charge:

i. Meet with the executive committee twice a year at the request of the president of the faculty senate (or as needed) about the state of the university, e.g. at the beginning of fall and spring semesters

ii. Serve as an Advisory council to the President of the Executive Committee

iii. Provide historical perspectives on issues related to the Faculty Senate

iv. Assist in policy clarifications by provided the intent and historical purpose
