The FCSAC provides students opportunities to share their thoughts and experiences with the college leadership while allowing the dean's office to communicate priorities and activities of the college to the students. FCSAC develops ideas and programs that will improve the Fairmount College student experience.

Tanner Minette is a sophomore double majoring in physics and mechanical engineering. He serves as the director of recruitment for the Interfraternal Council on campus and is very involved within his own fraternity, Beta Theta Pi. He also works on campus in the physics department as an undergraduate assistant on the NuSol project under Dr. Nick Solomey and is the Vice President of the Fairmount College Student Advisory Council. Tanner plans to finish his undergraduate degrees at Wichita State and then pursue a masters degree in physics along with a graduate certificate in space science.

Sophie Joe Martins is majoring in political science with a Legal Education Accelerated Degree with honors. She serves as Vice President for the 66th Session of the Student Government Association. She is also the secretary for the Fairmount College Student Advisory Council. Sophie is active in the Pre-Law Club and is the Shocker Support Locker ambassador. Within her community she coaches competitive softball for young women from 12 to 16 years old. Sophie plans to attend KU Law School after graduation.

Dallas Grimes is a graduate student studying public administration in the Hugo Wall School of Public Affairs. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Wichita State in May 2023. Dallas also serves as the Treasurer of the Fairmount College Student Advisory Council. His future goal is to become a government liaison for a private company or corporation.

Morgan Campbell is a graduate student working on her master's degree in social work after recently earning her bachelor's degree in social work with a minor in Spanish. She currently serves as the marketing coordinator for the Fairmount College Student Advisory Council. Morgan is the vice president of Phi Alpha Honor Society and the secretary for the Student Organization of Social Workers. She is also currently the graduate research assistant in the social work department. Morgan also holds an internship at the Urban League of Kansas as she works alongside the family resource specialist. In the future, she plans on obtaining her LCSW after gaining a few years of experience in the social work field.

Christopher McPhaul Jr. is a senior majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science. He's also on the honors track, specializing in law and public policy. Alongside his studies, Christopher works full time as a lead senior lab tech at JCI and part-time as a dietary aide at Larksfield Place. He is poised to make a positive impact in the realms of law and public policy. After college, Chris plans to attend Law School leading to a path of becoming a lawyer with a focus in either criminal or corporate law.

Tiffany is majoring in biochemistry and minoring in health management with a concentration in pre-medicine. This past year she served as the pageant director for the Miss Vietnam Wichita Scholarship Pageant. She volunteers for the Big Sister Big Brother organization as a mentor for youth. On campus, she’s involved in undergraduate research and tutoring for the Shocker Learning Center. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and playing pickleball. For the future, she plans on attending medical school to one day specialize in oncology.

Jaime is majoring in political science and minoring in university honors, psychology, and women's, ethnic and intersectional studies. She is an Emory Lindquist Honors Scholar enrolled in the honors law and public policy track. She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, and served as the vice president of external affairs and sits on the Panhellenic Council as a delegate. She is also involved in the Cohen Honors College and is a current CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate). Jaime is a member of Order of Omega as well as a member Pi Sigma Alpha. Her future career plans are to take a gap year working in the law field and then to attend law school to specialize in child and family law.

His future plans include going into corporate communications and possibly getting a master's in communication.

Lesly is majoring in political science with a concentration in the Legal Education Accelerated Degree program. She is minoring in English and is also a part of the Cohen Honors College. Besides FCSAC, she is currently part of the Student Ambassador Society and Phenomenal Women. She was named a 2023 Gore Scholar and hopes to attend law school to become either an immigration or public defense attorney.

Marcha Glenn is a returning adult student at Wichita State University. She is currently a senior finishing up dual degrees in mathematics and secondary math education. Marcha serves in the 66th Session of the Student Government Association as a commissioner on the finance commission. She is also the president of a new student organization, WSU Kansas National Educators Association Aspiring Educators. Marcha has had the pleasure of being the lead student assistant at WSU Haysville and WSU Old Town, and previously, WSU South since the summer of 2022 under the direction of Dr. Michael Yeung. Marcha is excited to start her career as a high school math teacher once she graduates in May.

Jaycie Nelson is a senior studying English literature and creative writing with an honors track distinction. She was the former editor-in-chief of The Sunflower, Wichita State’s student newspaper. Before becoming editor, she was the opinion editor. Outside of school she teaches yoga and is a former martial arts instructor. She holds a second-degree black-belt in karate and was a Junior Olympic team member from 2019-2021. She’s in her last semester with plans to teach English abroad and write.

Andrew Bobbitt is pursuing a dual degree in political science and criminal justice with a minor in history. He is a member of the Shocker Rowing team, the president of the Model United Nations team, an at-large senator for the 66th Session of the Student Government Association, and the pro tempore of the government oversight committee. In addition, Andrew works as the Model United Nation coordinator within the Department of Political Science organizing the annual Wichita Area Model United Nations conference and the Great Plains Model United Nations conference.

She serves as the speaker of the senate and Liberal Arts and Sciences senator for the 66th session of the Student Government Association. She is also involved in Alpha Phi Fraternity Inc, serving as the director of COB and the coordinator of campus involvement, and she is a member of Student Ambassador Society.
