Apply below for the 2019-2020 MiniMPA series.

Applicants must complete the following information and submit a supervisor’s letter of recommendation to melissa.walker@wichita.edu by August 16, 2019. Once the application is accepted, an email letter will be sent to the email address provided below containing a link to online payment.

Payment is required no later than September 23, 2019

Applicants may also download the attached pdf application and send it along with a supervisor's letter of recommendation to Dr. Melissa Walker by email to (melissa.walker@wichita.edu) or by mail to 1845 N. Fairmount Box 155, Wichita, KS 67260).
