Meet the Trainers
Grant Weaver, Grant Tech
With years of experience across 17 states and Canada, Grant will share his invaluable
insights on optimizing nutrient removal in Oxidation Ditches—helping you extend the
life of your treatment facilities while cutting down on energy use.
Nick Willis, Environmental Finance Center
Nick has over 10 years of experience teaching courses and providing technical assistance
to water and wastewater utilities on both regional and national levels. Before his
role at the Environmental Finance Center, he worked with the National Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System regulation at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.
He also managed water conservation efforts and utility services for the City of Hays,
KS.
