The Scherman Foundation provides funds to nonprofit organizations, through the Rosin Funds’ Environmental Program, for innovative projects that have a transformative impact on a critical environmental issue.

The Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program provides communities with financing for economic development, housing rehabilitation, public facilities, and other physical development projects, including improvements to increase resilience against natural disasters.

Section 319 Nonpoint Source Pollution Grants

The EPA provides funding to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to assist communities/organizations that have approved Nine-Element Watershed Management Plans with the implementation of the Plan’s best management practices and associated activities in order to restore and protect waters that have been impaired or threatened by nonpoint source pollution (NPS).
