Jazz Ensemble Participation

Audition Information

All students wishing to audition for the Jazz Program must signup using the link below.

• There will be a short sight-reading excerpt provided to you during the audition.
• It is optional to improvise but encouraged. A backing track of a blues in concert F will be provided. If you wish to play something different, please provide your backing track.

**Those students participating in Shocker Sound Machine band camp, must contact Lucas Hulett, Director of Athletic Bands, to coordinate a time to be excused from camp to perform your jazz audition.**
