This form does not commit you to anything. It's just here so you can receive updated info about ensemble auditions, etc.
Finally, this form asks you about private lessons and majoring in music. You do not need to say yes to either in order to be in an ensemble. We're asking just in case you haven't already been asked or heard about your options. There is no pressure, and we welcome students of all majors into our groups.
