Student Complaint Process
Undergraduate Students
Graduate Students
Students enrolled in graduate education at WSU are provided guidance to resolve academic
disputes by following procedures detailed on the Graduate School website:
https://wichita.edu/depttools/depttoolsmemberfiles/gradschool/grievance%20procedures.pdf
Conflicts eligible for resolution under these procedures are restricted to academic
matters other than grades. Disputes about grades are resolved through the Student
Court of Academic Appeals.
These procedures do not include conflicts covered by other policies in the University.
Students enrolled in the master's program for speech-language pathology or the clinical doctorate in audiology are referred to the Council on Academic Accreditation if they seek to file a complaint against the program: http://www.asha.org/academic/accreditation/CAA_overview.htm
