The minor in entrepreneurship from Wichita State's AACSB-accredited Barton School of Business gives students from business and non-business disciplines the opportunity to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and practical skills for new venture development and creating value in new or existing organizations. Through courses in entrepreneurial experience, new venture feasibility analysis, entrepreneurial finance and new venture development, students learn how to move ideas from concept to action.

Curriculum

The 15-credit-hour minor includes two mandatory courses: new venture feasibility analysis and new venture development. You'll also select three additional courses based on your interest.

The minor is open to business and non-business students.
