Summer Classes for this Program:
- HNRS 398K or GEOL 690: 1 or 3 credit hours (Open to all majors!)
- Focusing on Sustainability and Biodiversity
- Professor: Dr. Glyn Rimmington
- Focusing on Sustainability and Biodiversity
- Visit different cities and regions in Costa Rica including: San José, Tortugero, Sarapiquí, Arenal región and Guanacaste
- Go on selected local tours
- Enjoy free time throughout the trip to explore on your own

Program Fees approx. $3,325 includes:
- Round-trip airfare from Wichita
- Accommodations (shared rooms)
- In-Country Transportation
- All Meals (in Costa Rica)
- Basic travel/health insurance (Global Travel Protection Plan)
Additional Costs (not included in program fee)
- Regular WSU Tuition and Fees (1 or 3 credit hours - summer 2021)
- Tips for Tour director (approx. $50)
- Personal Expenses
- Optional: students can add Global Protection Travel Plus for $295
- Complete the General WSU study abroad application form
- $30 WSU study abroad application fee (charged to student's WSU account)
- $95 deposit due with application (first payment of approx. $1,100 will be due February
1, 2021)
