Flights and Housing

Flights:

  • Students will be responsible for purchasing their own roundtrip flight, which provides the student flexibility on when they would like to arrive/depart from Bilbao in the case they would like to travel to other cities in Spain or Europe before or after the program.
  • Students will have the option to travel with the instructor, Eric Wilson and co-leader, Ann Burger, or you can purchase with other students to travel together.
  • Most flights from Wichita will have 1 layover in the U.S. (typically Houston, Atlanta or Dallas) and then, the flight is direct to a city in Europe(most common is Madrid, Spain).  From Madrid, there are direct flights to Bilbao, Spain.  For students arriving with the instructor and co-leader, we will provide transportation from the airport to our hotel.
  • Students will be provided with the specific date and time that they should arrive to Bilbao as we will most likely plan a welcome dinner for the first evening with the entire group.

Housing:

  • Students, instructor and co-leader will stay in a hotel in Bilbao, Spain for a total of 6 nights (more details will be provided prior to departure)
