The 2017 Frostbite Regatta was very successful for Shocker Rowing. Prior to the regatta the team practiced on the little river which gave us the opportunity for our coxswains and blind boats to become familiar with the race course and allowed them to decide the courses they wanted to take before and under each bridge. These practices helped achieve the 14 medals we won during the day. Additionally, we had several alumni who came out not only to watch the races but race themselves. This was a great day to see alumni from different years come together to race with Shocker Rowing.
