Pre-Tenure Club
The Pre-Tenure Club is an informal gathering of faculty for social support, information
exchange, and accountability. The group is dedicated to improve the experiences of
probationary faculty and facilitate their path to tenure. The group meets twice a
month and provides opportunities for tenure-track faculty from across the university
to meet each other, to discuss issues of special concern to this group, and to learn
how to maximize their own success as teachers, researchers and university citizens.
