Grants
Research and Technology Transfer encourages all Faculty and Staff to complete a 5-10 minute survey to help efforts to assist in finding external funding. A funding database is available to make finding federal and private foundation grant information accessible and convenient.
Grant Development Specialists in the Office of Research advise and approve proposals for funding.

WSU Ventures assists University faculty with intellectual property and commercialization
Award Management
Post-award services assist after the grant, contract or cooperative agreement has been awarded to the
University.
Research Compliance
As a State educational institution, Wichita State University is subject to U.S. laws
and regulations regarding import/export compliance. The Research Compliance Office assists in compliance if you have a project in which you will be working with a foreign
country or foreign nationals.
Financial Management
The Office of Research is dedicated to providing financials, analytical, cost accounting, and effort reporting expertise as well as overseeing compliance with University policy. WSU Research Lab and Labor
Rate guidelines are also published.
