Chloe is a senior majoring in Graphic Design with minors in music and marketing. She is part of the Cohen Honors College and is pursing the Honors Leadership Track. Along with fellow honors students, she participated in Bill’s Trip and volunteered at Zion National Park for a week in January 2023. She was also a member of WSU’s Flute Studio and Emerging Leaders program.
Chloe has been on the Dean’s List every semester and has received scholarships, including
from the East Wichita Rotary Foundation, Wichita and Derby Community Foundations,
and Hispanic Scholarship Fund. This past spring, she was awarded Best Lettering in
AIGA Wichita’s Student Portfolio Forum.
Chloe works as a graphic designer on campus at HOPE Services and at her hometown newspaper,
the Derby Informer. At HOPE Services, she has been part of numerous projects, most
notably designing hope kits that will be given as a resource and coping tool to emergency
care patients who recently experienced a crisis.
Chloe is looking forward to participating in the Widener Global Leaders Program. She loves learning about leadership and is excited to make connections with professionals and peers as well as be more involved in her community. After graduation, Chloe hopes to continue using her graphic design skills to positively impact the Wichita-area community.
