Overview

Darren Ercolani serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Chevron Phillips Chemical Company (CPChem). CPChem is a petrochemical company jointly owned by Chevron Corporation and Phillips 66.

Previously, Ercolani was the company’s Senior Vice President of Business Transformation and before that Chief Audit Executive. A proven leader with three decades of industry experience, he has served as a change agent in CPChem’s finance organization and innovation champion for numerous companywide initiatives. Ercolani has held several finance management and treasury functions at the domestic and international level. These include Owner Relations Manager, Asia-region Controller, as well as CFO at the company’s Q-Chem joint venture in Qatar.

Ercolani began his career with Koch Industries in 1993 before transitioning to Phillips Petroleum in 1997. He joined CPChem in 2000 at the formation of the joint venture. He currently serves as Board Chairman for the Montgomery County Women’s Center and a member of the Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas Board of Directors.

Ercolani earned a BBA in accounting from Wichita State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.
