Roman Kaplun is the Co-Founder and CEO of Zoolatech, one of the fastest-growing Software Engineering companies that specializes in high-end software development, technology outsourcing, and providing custom software solutions to complex technical challenges. Zoolatech is based in Palo Alto, CA, with the Development Center located in Kiev, Ukraine.
Zoolatech was founded two years ago, but it is already at 180 employees and growing rapidly. The size of Zoolatech’s clients varies from Fortune 500 to thriving startups. The list includes some household brands, such as – Nordstrom, Stanford University, GrubHub, Men’s Wearhouse. In addition, Zoolatech also works with mid-sized companies, such as Credible (now FOX Media), Procore, Ten-X, Vungle, Revinate, plus a number of smaller ones. Prior to founding Zoolatech, Roman led numerous high-impact technology teams at Hotwire and Expedia.
Mr. Kaplun is known as one of the leading experts in IT Management, with over 20 years
of experience overseeing critical information technology deployments and high-visibility
business initiatives for global leaders in e-commerce Travel, Media, and Mobile space.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation, Logistics and Business Administration
from California State University Maritime Academy.
