Overview

Kristy Stevens leads Global Marketing and Branding for Spirit AeroSystems. In this role, she is responsible for a variety of marketing strategies, including social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and more. This role involves staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices and preparing effective and efficient tactics that are vital to developing Spirit’s brand and key objectives. 

As the leader for Spirit Marketing and Branding for the past several years, Kristy has achieved major wins/accomplishments, managed the Spirit brand refresh, and helped navigate a difficult few years between the MAX grounding and global pandemic.

Kristy has been with Spirit AeroSystems for 17 years, holding a variety of cross-functional positions within the company leading global initiatives in Community Relations, Forms Management, and Business Writings. She served as a founding member and chair of the Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) in support of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy. Prior to joining Spirit, Kristy held key positions at Midwest Single Source supporting regional customer accounts for brand-based and business needs.  

Kristy is a graduate of Friends University with a B.S. in Business Management. Kristy has served on the board for the Spirit Employee Good Neighbor Fund and Together Wichita. 

Kristy and her husband have two children and reside in Clearwater, Kansas. She is actively involved in community service work for several local charities and organizations in the Wichita area.
