The W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University proudly announces Tadd Fowler as its Spring 2024 Executive-in-Residence. He currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G). In his role as Executive-in-Residence, Fowler will deliver a dynamic keynote presentation open to the public, conduct mentoring sessions for students, deliver guest lectures, participate in meetings with Barton School leadership to discuss program and curriculum innovations, as well as engage in various other activities.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tadd Fowler, an accomplished Barton School alumnus, back as our Executive-in-Residence,” stated Dr. Larisa Genin, Dean of the Barton School. “We wholeheartedly invite students, faculty, staff, industry leaders, and the general public to seize the extraordinary opportunities to glean invaluable insights from a distinguished executive at one of the world’s most esteemed companies. 

His keynote presentation titled “Procter & Gamble: How a 187-Year Old Company Stays Relevant in a Changing World will take place on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in the Woolsey Hall Auditorium. During the event, Fowler will present the captivating narrative of P&G’s recent transformational journey, showcasing resiliency, strategic reinvention, and an unwavering commitment to deliver superior products to delight consumers around the world.   Admission to the event is free to the public.

“As the Barton School’s Executive-in-Residence, I believe in the importance of and opportunities presented with shared knowledge,” expressed Fowler. “I am eager to inspire, inform, and impart the knowledge I have acquired with our community.”

Fowler has been associated with P&G since 2005. Before joining P&G, he served as a partner at PwC, where he provided counsel to clients on international tax matters, mergers and acquisitions. Fowler’s recruitment by P&G followed his advisory role in the company's acquisition of The Gillette Company. He also gained experience at General Electric early in his career. Fowler earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Barton School in December 1990 and is a Certified Public Accountant. In 2023, he joined the Barton School’s Dean’s “Fabulous 50” Advisory Board.
