Overview

Dr. Longhofer earned her MA/PhD in dramatic literature & theater history from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1995. Proud alumna, Wichita State University, 1989. 
For almost 30 years, Julie has directed and costumed dozens of plays & musicals. She continues to act and serve as dramaturg and has taught hundreds of teenagers and college students how to be stronger theater artists.

Additional Information

My adult children are my best friends, and my grandchildren are the delight of my life. Without my 34 years of marriage to a wonderfully supportive man, I’d be in a mental institution. I’m also quite fond of cats.
