Overview
Randy Scott currently serves as Senior Vice President for Compass One Healthcare. As Senior Vice President, Randy is responsible for $145 million in revenue, which includes a diverse environmental services portfolio. He leads a team of six regional directors and eight resident regional managers at over 65 accounts covering six States. He is an accomplished leader who has successfully built partnerships, expanded and maximized growth opportunities and delivered against company and financial targets.
In 2008, Randy joined Compass as part of the acquisition of Medi-Dyn, Inc., where he had served as Executive Vice President and shareholder responsible for 60 accounts providing housekeeping, laundry and patient transportation services. During his 20-year tenure at Medi-Dyn, he successfully grew private sector business from 13 client accounts to over 60. Randy holds a graduate certificate in healthcare management from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management from Wichita State University. He also serves at Wichita State University on the Advisory Board for the College of Health Professions and as a guest lecturer.
